Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings on May 8, 2012, at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland opened at 12:15 pm for the following purposes:

Hearing
DCR Dam Safety has filed an NOI for the Twining lake Dam. The applicant seeks to perform maintenance and minor repairs on the dam located off East Otis Rd in Tolland.
Motion to accept NOI as presented including replication unless DEP determines it is not needed….approved with conditions as agreed upon.

The Board of Selectmen are writing a letter to ask David Spidal if he would like to be appointed to the Conservation Commission to take Susan H. Voudren’s place.
